imminent given the timing and 3 years in the making since buying BakedAmerican at considerable cost to himself, we are apparently about to see the purpose of it all:

He has a lot of money from selling a previous business and already paid for Stragenics and the IP for BakedAmerican (and various variations).

He had been Pres. of Healthnostics and was still a significant owner when he engineered the sale of the BakedAmerican IP to Stragenics, so he's been interested in this for a very long time,

the major potential has not yet been exploited; he'd been trying to figure out how to best and fastest monetize the IP he paid so handsomely for: sounds like he's thinking bigger even than the original concept (see below):

But of course IDK his mind, just going by what he said last week, his obvious need to recoup his investment; the spikes in price a couple weeks ago, maybe ppl in the know; new CPA's,the timing right now + bitcoin/blockchain pay, which would also figure in the info of such info website(s), the marketplace for Cannabis and how best to pay + obtain it legally is still confusing...

heh-heh seriously, maybe the young "ravers" he's met have given him ideas on what's missing in the space...
maybe-hopefully he's used those contacts to brainstorm the business...

Since our convo I've called a couple times and sent a few emails politely but firmly reminding that investors are waiting for the PR's, and his interests strongly converge with ours;
so have a few other serious traders/investors,

Soon after buying-out prev. CEO/CFO/Pres. etc. of Stragenics, Grofe engineered purchase of BakedAmerican IP from a company he was then over 25% owner of, Healthnostics:
He bought this company/ASAB specifically to exploit the assets of BakedAmerican so if he doesn't he's wasted all his money & capital and he is not a stupid man who wants to do that, he has a lot of money from a previous business and he needs to shake it other than on the dance floor:
