Moving on, what do you expect/want Tesarski to do - admit to everything the SEC alleges so the company gets shut down (or hit with a large fine) and all investors lose everything? Or defend the company (but not the individuals) so it can maybe move forward? I know where you stand, but I think most true investors in this company hope he does the latter. Maybe they will work something out with the SEC at some point, but this case has barely begun. In fact, it was just transferred to a completely new court and judge and there are at least 3 motions to dismiss pending for the judge to rule on before anything else can happen.

That would be the last thing investors would want Chris to do. Perjure himself admitting to the SEC that all their accusations are true just to appease a few that do not recognize and accept the reality that in the US the constitution allows individuals and business alike charged with with a crime, civil or criminal the right to a fair trial.
