SVSA: .025, Getting a bit of rare volume today. Market Cap is only a little over $2M on this, by the end of this year they will start generating revenue, own and operate a new resort in Costa Rica, worth around a quarter billion US dollars, if not more, that's just the construction costs alone.

Something has to give eventually here, a $2M market cap is a joke. Only reason it's so cheap is that they do nothing bring any investor awareness to the stock. I'd imagine they are waiting until the resort is complete to do that.

Probably not a quick flip but should be a solid longer term hold IMO, if they do indeed finish the resort in 4th Q 2018 as expected.
