I'm not understanding how this transition into a private company and essentially R/S ing your shares by 500/1 is a good thing?

And if I want to sell I have to "negotiate" a price? I have never heard of this?!?!??! I'm not buying a used car...WTF.

All I see is a stock price that's tanking and shares I can't get rid of...Well done!
