Ole' George. Chances are that he shorted the stock. When it was heading north, he comes up with plan to take it back down so he wasn't stuck. Comes up with a plan to drop the price to cover. Id be willing to bet his settlement offer will be free trading shares or cash equal to cover his position. Its a loophole most would call "stock price manipulation". This guy has has done this for years. I once sat across the table from him in court. I won ;)
