Given that they stated their current cash position should run until Q2 of 2019 I would hope they don't effect the R/S and raise immediately, unless it all happens later in the year. End of Q2 beginning of Q3 I would hope to be the time frame for another raise. They have to effect the R/S prior to the 2018 Annual Meeting, which last year was on June 7th. If they do plan on raising capital with this R/S I hope they wait a bit after it goes into effect before they do it. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
