VIVA needs grass roots level exposure to make this fly, especially if they are focusing on the Latina market (in Colombia, etc....).

Very difficult to gauge what they are doing as anything put out in a PR or twitter is generally off the mark time wise. They get there but not when they expect.

Not to paint VIVA with the same brush but I have worked in South America with lots of Latin companies "full" of managers and bosses that are full of talk and no action. Macho rules and respect is by position not my actions.

This is certainly starting to smell bad but I am heavily invested (and a SUB) so will have to wait and see.
