Yes, because an attorney for a FEDERAL CASE is not cheap. But, an Attorney might just look a little closer if the DOLLAR VALUE was high-enough, he could take a "Percentage" of the win. That is the thought behind the COURT CASE and the company not releasing news until it is finalized.

Time will tell.
