The PPS moved due a technical chart breakout as well as from statements made by mgmt in their Dec 19th press release, which I have pasted here numerous times.

We are OTC pink current information for a reason. We have been reinstated by the state of Utah. We were and apparently still are awaiting approval for a corporate name and ticker symbol change. The timing of such is up to finra. We are attending CES event and Mr Li ( see video links i posted last night) as stated that a large Telecom partner is involved with the technology and that information will be revealed during CES.

Lots of catalysts coming.
