Today's downgrade is a punch in the gut. The cynical side of me says maybe it is a gift to shorts so they can cover. But the realist says this stock is simply a failure. I have held this stock for 5 years with plenty of opportunities to sell for a profit. Instead I sit here 20k in the hole.
