He announced today potential rollback of states rights to enforce marijuana laws in states where it's already legal.

AP Quote:

"Sessions will instead let federal prosecutors where pot is legal decide how aggressively to enforce federal marijuana law".

So this news was a big reason for the large drop yesteday. I would expect more uncertainty across all MJ stocks for the next few days.
