Hisc market cap = 1.8 - 2.0 billion at .007 = $14,000,000 total which includes evans.

evans deal $13,000,000 cash (hopefully already raised from selling hisc shares) plus stock (???)

So, acquisition candidate owners can take the $13,000,000 and buy hisc... end up owning parent plus company they sold

Realize they can't get the shares held by insiders at hisc, but unless my math is wrong.........hisc way undervalued here.
