JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

(DOLV) OFFICIALLY BECAME JBZY JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. in the 4th Quarter

FINRA did not officially approve/file the name Symbol change until October 24th. Within ONE week of that approval, Mr. Wang felt confident to finally bring in all of ZJMY into the JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. US entity. That was received on November 1st by the Wyoming Secretary of State, and officially filed on November 3rd. Both of the dates, the FINRA approval and posting, and the WyoBiz SOS Articles were during the 4th quarter. THUS - we should see ALL assets and liabilities of ZJMY included in the JB&ZJMY Holding Company Inc. fourth quarter financials.

The following "WORDS" are VERY important when looking at the Articles posted November 3rd to WYOBiz SOS site......

"UPON THE FILING" of these articles the assets and liabilities of ZJMY will become assets and liabilities of JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. and the separate corporate entity of ZJMY and all of its shares shall cease to exist.

UPON THE FILING - MEANS NOT BEFORE BUT WHEN IT IS FILED. Well, it was officially filed November 3rd which was in the 4th quarter. So, I am waiting to see the 4th quarter financials and will continue to ADD to my position until such time.

Here it is - the company JB&ZJMY Co., Ltd. and those companies housed inside of it. This is the entity that has been merged into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. US OTCMarkets pinksheet stock.
