I don’t get what’s your point here. Manny is right here. I think you’re confused. People panic quite easily doesn’t mean the sector is trembling. What you saw yesterday was a few guys that dumped and started a chain reaction of stop losses in each MJ stock causing the entire sector to bleed. Also the stupid news outlets titled the articles in such a way that most folks just read the headline and dumped. People are generally stupid folks. That’s what I’ve learned here. You think CA or any other state is going to let the Feds stop MJ right after they went legal? You think Congress is just going to sit back and watch ? That’s not how our govt works thank god. The reason Sessions did this is because the federa govt couldn’t decide if they were going to delist MJ as an illegal drug causing a lot of confusion. So he’s given the power back to the states to create some commotion. This will eventually then come back to congress and they will have to make a final decision.
