"Jordan Wants Sessions To Quit" was the giant, above the fold, front page headline that greeted me when I got my morning paper.
House Republicans are calling for Sessions to resign as they feel he has lost control of just about everything he is linked to.
This was great news to see after yesterday's pompous attempt to re-garner some goodwill by going after what Sessions feels is a "Mom & Apple Pie" topic, attacking those horrible marijuana people. Anytime the hot seat gets too hot, ol' Jeff returns to topics he thinks will boost his image. Not gonna save him this time, and they have said anything he tries to do against state's rights will go down in flames.
While a politician's promises are usually not to be held in highest regard, remember that Trump campaigned as pro-MJ and pro-state's rights, saying that the federal government has better ways to spend its time and that he saw the MJ industry as one the US could make money on to bring ag-dollars back to the US. If money is involved, we will win out!!
A very large grow facility has been built about 40 minutes from where I live here in Ohio. The paper has articles every so often of how neighbors complain that the grow lights can be seen for tens of miles. The number of jobs and amount of money MJ and MMJ will create, it will go our way. Too much infrastructure is already being put in place and we would be foolish to pass up the money.
