New capital, investors and banks will have alot to fear because in the next election if democrats take over the presidency, house and senate they will be at there mercy. If the economy goes down in a democratic controled government democrats would come down on the banks and they would sufer the same fate. Big institutions have come down and so can the 4 big banks we have now.
