Hello, for me this is a hold and hope play, so I really don't bother to do research on it or scrutinize it much. If they make real verifiable progress I win and if they don't I eventually lose. That being said, my take is that when solar is used there typically needs to be some other energy source it is paired with as back up since the sun must set and generation via solar will vary while electricity demand is 24/7. Peru has natural gas and apparently natural gas can be use to generate electricity (http://naturalgas.org/overview/uses-electrical/), so that doesn't seem like BS. I wish they would give more realistic estimates and at least use some rudimentary qualifying language like including the word 'potential' when appropriate.
