Can you or HannoverHouse explain how HannoverHouse seem to always do

dealings with what they later accuse the party of being a terrible party

to have done business with? One would think Eric would do background

checks on companies he does business with. Yet it is not a isolated event

buy multiple bad decisions and multiple law suits which has cost the

shareholders lots of money because the company spends so much on legal

fees instead of providing good movies and timely filings with the SEC.
