Your welcome. I have nothing else to report at this point other than no down side pressure on our which is good. As I have said before let's hope the judge granted them a non further investigation of their dealings in the past if the original stock investors are treated fairly and that's our ticket to future upswings in our stock price. But, I can speculate it will never be more than 4 cents unless we are a continuing operation on a deal with Enersys or Enerblu or some other thing we all don't know like perhaps licensing entity only.
