Well based on cash on hand as of 9/30 if you back out Sonny’s 2.5mil loan due in 6 months then they don’t have money for long. Capital raise is coming, cash is literally hanging on by a thread. Had they just paid off Hercules and that was it then m&a was a possibility but you don’t do an exchange for convertible debt if something like that is imminent within weeks to a couple months. Otherwise why wouldn’t Sonny’s investment company just loan some more money to float them to that point.
