There are about 191mm shs o/s. The float is about 9.5 mm. That is a major discrepancy. Who owns the approx 180mm shs not in the float? Seems the potential of something bad happening. Anybody have any thoughts. Are we seeing irrational exuberance in the share price? Please convince me we are not.
