QUESTION to ALL : Would the 17.6 trillion Preferred Shares be representative of BKMP's official Outstanding Shares which would be 17.6 billion ( major ethical violation by S.W. if true !! ) , or did the DTC's number include the official O/S and NSS as the only solution to getting BKMPP tradeable as mandated by the NASD registration ?

If I was perplexed before , I am REALLY perplexed NOW .
