They need to reschedule marijuana to a Schedule III drug if not outright legalization. They also need to prevent the DOJ from taking any action to subvert the will of the people in states where MJ and MMJ are legal. They also must allow banks to support financial transactions in legal dispensaries and states without the fear of federal interference or prosecution.
