Marcel - when a stock is poorly managed there are consequences.

Some brokerage houses will not accept CAPC shares even if they are not margined or otherwise limited or impaired.

I had exactly the same problem about 10 days ago when I attempted to open a Fidelity account which would have involved transferring, among other holdings, over 200k profitable shares of CAPC.

No way would they accept CAPC shares without a lengthy delay during which time CAPC would have to meet certain conditions which management has been unable to maintain.

Hopefully this will help. I presently hold CAPC shares in Ameritrade with no problem and in moving some stock around the other day I found eTrade will also accept CAPC.
