I guess I give him credit for not opening his mouth and sticking his foot in it. He has nothing to tell the shareholders that you'll want to hear. The kind of things he is planning can wait until he announces a R/S.

My guess is he has a second job at a casino as he had before to pay his mortgage and personal bills with. He has no cash to do anything with the company checkbook. He can make all these grandiose FLUFF plans he put in his filings but with no cash nothing moves forward but his survival option. He couldn't attract flies with honey right now much less a low level independent rep. Any rep worth his/her salt will do their DD on this company and when they pop the hood and take a look at whats under it they will laugh and say adios. Then imagine a reps response when they ask Diamond Dave for a monthly draw or a retainer ? Diamond Dave had better do his homework on the independent rep market and how it works before he makes such idiotic goals recorded in his filings.

What he must do all day IMO is scheme.
