Colorado’s U.S. attorney, Bob Troyer, issued a statement Thursday saying his office wouldn’t change its approach to prosecuting marijuana crimes, despite the Justice Department's announcement.


This is what I expect to see from other state attorneys...

This is a cosmetic repeal of the Cole memo

But no significant crackdown can happen because we have come too far politically

Congress will act to protect state legal MJ
