To the initiate CTUM investor, the morning PR was welcomed news in support of the LTC technology;
to the uninitiate, it would be somewhat difficult to translate this one piece of data into a rationale for purchasing the stock.That said, it is helpful to remember what someone observed about the stock market; it's like a drunken man negotiating across an open field.
