What Session did was very clear...FEDERAL LAW STANDS...it matters little what HHS, FDA or MJ industry thinks... MJ producers are at risk.

Rafael Lemaitre, former associate director for public affairs for the Drug Policy Office under President Obama warning is right on. The industry will remain quasi-underground from an enforcement of Fed Law perspective. Congress would have to promulgate legislation to fix it. Good luck.
