That’s why the Board fired him after he lost most of the Walmart business , overspent $4mm on a ridiculous headquarters office, and launched dog water etc. Cott had to throw out all of his strategies and plans and go back to the previous plans. They barely escaped bankruptcy which was caused by his actions. The stock went from $16.08 the day he took over , to less than $.50
Even you can’t spin this as a “positive”. The Board fired him and paid him off to get him out . Same at the other 4 companies that were either bankrupted or decimated
