Company giving away profits in its early stages, pros and cons there. Good tax write-offs, that's altruistic. Best way to solve global water problem is to change policy. Period. Deprivatize water, stops arms sales/trafficking which leads to disrupted populations, and stop polluting the world. But you're interested in stock price valuation.
