GERS... GREAT NEWS of a settlement-with-21-Infringing-co's!! The settlement can tell us a few things!
1) The large amount of money, (Some calculated many, many Millions,) due to the lack of Royalties for 4-9 years from those I-Co's, has to be one of the considerations in this law suit, and the double or treble damage amount that almost certainly was discussed in the MEDIATION, but which will be the final action decree of the Judges presiding in the Court? Almost everything was settled, in writing, through the mediation process, so the Judge(s) have only a few things to make judgments on!!!!!
2) Then the claim GERS., (GREENSHIFT INC.) had that one of the (LARGE) Ethanol Producing Co's was selling virtually identical machines that were Patented by GERS., resulting in extreme harm to GERS's Business, and was in violation of the Law! How much will be awarded due to that obvious lawlessness is anyone's guess, but 1-3 times the total value of the base settlement will be decided upon by the judges before February 14th., 2018?
In any case, the sky is the limit for the future of GERS! This will either result in many, if not all, of the I-Co's becoming legal Contractees of GERS, maybe at a higher Percentage rate than that already in place by their 9 Contractee Co's already paying Royalties for years!
Just the additional Millions in extra Royalty Money (Per Year)is enough to place GERS high on the list of Sub-Penny-Stock GROWTH Co's that already has about one dozen Patents, 9 Contractee royalty paying Customers, and a support system unmatched in the Industry!
Yes, GERS suffered for many years of Court actions, and deprivation of money due them, with hopefully a fair decision by the Judge(s)??
