h-jo-e can legally change the par value to .0001 I think at any time because a company may not be able to legally offer less than their established par value in a buy option to common shareholders. It's entirely possible I'm incorrect about the stock info however. Reader beware.




Who said they will be buying back shares. The Colorado shares will transfer intact to the Delaware shares. smile

It will be an investment that has appeal to investors who only purchase shares through full service brokerage firms AND the growing pool of crypto investors who want to completely avoid financial institutions. Having the option of maintaining full possession of your shares/crypto and storing them in a digital or hardware wallet is a big deal to a whole new generation of investors.
