From what i heard, the company is planning to join the fast growing business trend in Blockchain and crypto currencies. Looking at the company’s engineering capabilities it makes sense and left me wondering why they didn’t do this long ago. However, I also understand that everything requires sufficient money adequate planning. They just updated all their filings including state registration. They increased the share structure to 14b which is always the case for a company making big moves in PennyStocks world. I’m loaded with 2s & 1s today. It’s a gamble but I would take it any time.
