Correction:

They will net @ $1.5M annually for 25 years.
If they do 4 to 5 other projects of similar size, Which I assume is a reasonable expectation considering were talking about Peru and Mexico, we are talking about $6M to 7.5M dollars net annually.
With this really low float, and a very strong industry multiplier, the stock price is ridiculously undervalued...
