The documents they pay OTCMarkets to post on their website are not filings. By definition, filings have legal or regulatory meaning and are submitted to legal authorities. OTCMarkets is a for-profit PR company - they are not a regulator and have absolutely no legal authority of any kind.

What they pay to post on the OTCMarket's website is considered "disclosure", and since it is not prepared to any actual legal standards, or reviewed by any regulator, it should NEVER be considered accurate, complete, or even honest. Because 99% of the time, it isn't. No OTCMarket's "disclosure" ever "passes the smell test", as legitimate companies register and report to the SEC, and those that aren't, don't.
