What is known is that about a week ago on 12/22/17 there was a reinstatement of this company and quite possibly not only a new CEO / MacGregor, but that the old crew is out, not listed on the NVSOS.

A company with new leadership and probably a new product and direction.

The CEO is a Director/Consultant of a technical firm named VASTECH HOLDINGS LTD, private placement company.

The charts indicate an upward trend of higher highs and lows.

The S/S if correct is low, especially the float of 590,935.

You will find links to the OTC Market with information, VASTECH HOLDINGS LTD, NVSOS, Patent information, Digital Ocean and clients if they are affiliated to VASTECH.

The question I guess is this a BLOCKCHAIN company in progress, MJ, they have an office in New York, North Carolina and $LDSI is listed in New York, maybe either now or eventually a clean shell for sale, are they expanding their product line with the existing company?
