the issue 5mln shares = roughly 15% dilution

>> market cap on paper goes up 15%

>> the paradise of shorters/manipulators is alive again: the shares price does down at least 30% over a 3 weeks period.

>> net-net mkt cap goes down, so even if they regain compliance for the 1.00$ per share requirement, they miss big the mkt cap threshold.


completely different story if they issue 5mln shares to, say, Purdue, contextually signing an agreemnt for Rexista 2.0 and prodras.

this is jmho, with a little support from what happened after the recent offer.
