Lets have a healthy discussion on what EXACTLY we are buying here as to peg its future value ..... from what I have read ........
On the other side of this merger we will NOT be SANP as you have known it all these years and its various pursuits .....
We will be a NEW co. focused on crypto mining with alot of resources behind us... (Li and all his capital , i.e. deep pockets, possibly some of his existing mining machines relocated ? , his pooling business model expertise etc....$$$$$) Recall he needs relocation due to Chinas unfavorable view towards cryptos .....
With the new co. comes a new ticker ...with a stock split I would imagine right off the bat ??? Share structure : so more than likely your share count goes down to a fraction of what you had before but its price per share immediately goes up .... what does that do to our share price in the long run exposing us to different class of investors because we are no longer a sub penny ?
My beliefs are since the one with the money usually runs the show Li is in fact running the show right now (which is great) . A guy who owned 1.7% of the global mining pool share with Canoe !!!!! .
IMO at the end of this we are a new co., with a crypto industry expert at the helm and his bank account backing us and growing a crypto pool business based in the US . Whats that worth - A Hexx of alot if you ask me .
MGTI with crazy John Mcafee at the helm is at $4.45 as of right now.... they are scattered and not focused on crypto mining alone ....
Drumroll please - based on Li Angs involvement here and ALL that brings I am saying we are a $3.00 pps co. at the end of all this to start ...
