Yes PLSB Will Go Up AGAIN ! WHY? If you read the 8K's 14C ect. This is a typical sub-penny stock. It's up to you on risk vs reward. Yates is going to announce a PR on a merge or purchase. Then yes you will see a R/S. The reason he owns 98% of the company and issued the preferred shares to himself, is leverage power. This is all simple if you have played a sub-penny stock. Plus with Yates history he will pump the stock. The merge or purchase will be to increase revenue. Think about it he owns all this stock and at the present price, no real value to him. So in turn he has to get the share price back up. I did think the stocked bottomed at 4-6. Now 2-5 is a good risk for me. I have been buying down here for a week. Of course I am very bullish here.
