Agree, but wait for the announcement of r/s and it will dip much lower and run back up to 7 or 15 from dump before TOPS stop trading for r/s the next day. been there and made quick profits off of quick selloff from r/s announcements from TOPS, DCIX, and DRYS. The news release was for the lender to unload more toxic shares by bring in more buyers, but many shareholders took avantage of the share price increase to unload to make a quick profit or limit the loss.

Good luck in trading. watching out for TOPS turn to r/s, then dip some and maybe soar after.
