ATTY GEN Sessions is repealing the Obama ATTY Gen "Cole Memorandum" on how the Feds take a don't prosecute role on going after States for selling pot. This reversal is a major hit on the Marijuana Industry. There is fear that Sessions hates MJ and will do anything to kill the industry. Some claim its a payback on the belligerency of California on the Sanctuary laws. Trump is putting the screws to all things California IMO.
