Today's news and OWCP share price melt down was preceded by what woke me up abruptly at 2:39 am PST.

My bedroom was shaking up wildly... from an Earthquake for a second(s) and I loudly screamed EARTHQUAKE!

A bit later I heard on tv that it was the Earthquake. Just a 4.4 on Richter scale. Such earthquakes are rather common... at times within certain intervals of months along the Pacific coast. And, reality/life asserts itself to make a strong point of the relative importance of things in our lives. C'est la vie. Not to worry about OWCP share price waterfall decline today. What goes up must come down... most of time, lol. GLTA
