Is there really insider trading?

PTOP seems like a good stock, but read the warning. This could be a major problem. How long was this warning been listed on the site? If these allegations are true, then an SEC suspension is inevitable.

SEC suspension WILL send this stock to .0001, so please tell me that everything will be straightened out.

I have a lot of money invested in here. I can't afford to lose it all due to an unannounced suspension.
