In a seismic shift, Attorney General Jeff Sessions will announce Thursday that he is rescinding a trio of memos from the Obama administration that adopted a policy of non-interference with marijuana-friendly state laws, according to a source with knowledge of the decision.

Apparently the A.G. watched CNN's new years coverage in Colorado, and his reefer madness ailment kicked-in.

Either that or he just wanted to send shock waves through the industry again.

Now USMJ investors get to worry if their current marijuana lease/grow ops will get raided. This is likely where almost all their current revenue comes from, despite the fact that USMJ refuses to disclose where any of their revenue comes from. Shady operation at best.
