It is my opinion, that as I started to settle in here a few sessions ago...grabbing .001's-.0014's and then snatching the other half of my shares right at the CROSS trades between brokerages --- which had been the intriguing trend here last 5 sessions... (albeit - they had preferred to do it at a cheaper pps).

1- As the village gets comfortable - let's review the first concept of the DD here --- 6 months ago...before the massive EXPECTED dilutive trend began.... Johnson secured a huge deal with Green Flow Tech- in Irvine, CA - and quickly got to work with them in preparation for 1/1/18 - Cali MJ recreational laws changes.

2- Next - we will take a stroll down the past 6 months... When Johnson realized that the dilutors of former management were about to sell a ton of stock and so he went on a PR spree highlighting the telecom opportunities, the viability of purchasing an Insurance Company / Brokerage and then...sure enough ....MASSIVE shareholder friendly news began to occur after nearly 435 mil shares now have hit the o/s (1/2/18)
COMPLETE reduction of AS to a very very acceptable 650 Million. That makes it clear ...that he expects the dilutive trend to be OVER. The total o/s here may be 450mil when it's all said and done. That's excellent IMO.

3- Company than announces purchase of Insurance Company - which operates in Texas but applying for all 50 states -- Atoma LLC. Intriguing since this is a pretty connected insurance brokerage under a different entity.
Also has ties to CANNABIS companies seeking insurance !!!!

4- Company than announces purchase of AMC Lending - an alternative lending company whixh specializes in small businesses that either need money or...in industries where banking is not federally accepted get.

IMO -- it's now very clear that with a fantastic SS -- a management that has major incentives to see this share price rise exponentially this month --- and NOW....Myriad revenue streams situated at $PDXP- but none more so lucrative than the deal with Green Flow Tech ... I WILL BE POSTING THE DD on the Financials to give a better understanding as to WHY Johnson and the largest Creditor of $PDXP - want to "increase shareholder values" exponentionally by Feb 3rd 2018. IMO - if Johnson and management did this right and allowed the stock price to matriculate - this could easily test multi pennies before they brought her back to reality a bit .
