Uplisting is moving the company stock to a better exchange, such as the NYSE and NASDAQ. For smaller companies, the OTC Markets divides issuers into three levels: OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink. To become a member of these exchanges you must meet certain standards.

Currently PHOT is a Pink. The OTC Market Group's “Pink” is the least regulated of the three market tiers. Branded as “Pink, The Open Market,” there are no listing requirements or standards to get listed on this exchange platform besides filing a Form 15C211.

The OTCQB® Venture Market is for early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies that are not yet able to qualify for OTCQX. To be eligible, companies must be current in their reporting and undergo an annual verification and management certification process. Companies must meet $0.01 bid test and may not be in bankruptcy.

OTCQB Listing Requirements

PHOT should have no problem meeting the minimum price of 0.01 for 30 days unless the bottom drops out and I personally dont see that happening.. but I also must say an uplisting DOES NOT guarantee anything to do with performance. While it generally is a good thing, I have personally been invested in companies that have uplisted to both OTCQB and NASDAQ, and their value dropped or nothing happened. Do not get all excited if PHOT uplists, its still the same company. It does, however, bring a new set of eyes to the company that may not have noticed it before.

To STROKER : "To UPLIST onto the Big BOARD, I believe that the S . P. Must be $ 1.00 for a Certain length of time. "

NASDAQ requires $1 .. down here its 0.01 for 30 days.
