The one question that has always been hanging over this tawdry affair:

Why have the Board of Directors continued to allow Mir to act and serve as the CEO when even a blind person could see what he was doing or not doing from the start?

It is unconscionable that a group of reasonable intelligent persons (you better hope so because Yarbro was one of them for quite some time)could allow this tragi-comedy to continue for years without making a single positive move to save the company and send this man packing.

One has to assume, somewhere he is holding a large stack of highly embarrassing photographs or the equivalent and has used the threat of revealing them as leverage to keep his job. It might be the only plausible explanation.
