Can't increase the outstanding with the bid at .0001, so either bankruptcy, or reverse split.

From the 10K "the Company had total current assets of $3,632, and total current liabilities of $639,401."
Loss from operations in 2016 was -260,066 (260K), and 2017 -1383062 (1.3 million)

The one time 100K revenues from the beginning of the year is not enough to pay back the creditors, which if everyone is waiting the share price to go up, and get their monies back, most likely won't happen.
