Only one reason that CDEL has been on the ask for well over 1 month always hiding behind a 10,000 sell order. Someone has been clearing some paper or CDEL would not be there constantly. The float for sure is catching up to the O/S and that's only if the O/S number has not increased. I personally have no problem with dilution if done properly as it makes a stock more liquid for trading. JMHO
