That would not satisfy the SEC. And if that is what Treaty's BOD is telling folks, they would be misleading them. That would be fraud since they are also asking for money to do these "audits"... They NEED to be True Correct and Complete... That cannot be done as thing are.

..


I expose stock scams to gain knowledge about investigating the stock market players and for the entertainment it invariably generates. I've received NO compensation in any form for such, except for a few thank yous...
